My wife and I recently stayed at Wyndham Philadelphia, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! A special shoutout to Que at the front desk, who was incredibly accommodating and friendly. She went above and beyond to help us with a late checkout, making our stay so much more convenient and stress-free. Another highlight of our visit was Chris, the concierge. What an absolute gem! He was funny, amiable, and full of charm, making our trip planning so much easier. He helped us craft the perfect itinerary with great recommendations tailored to our interests. Honestly, he’s the best concierge we’ve ever met—his professionalism and personality are unmatched! The hotel's location is perfect, right in the heart of Philadelphia, which made getting around super convenient. On top of that, the value for money is excellent—we got premium service and amenities without breaking the bank. Overall, Wyndham Philadelphia exceeded all our expectations, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city!

There were a couple of things that could be better. For some reason, the only light in the bathroom was a rather dim light around the mirror with no additional lighting (or fan). It was okay for using the sink (although trying to see my face while shaving was also a challenge), but after you get in the shower and close the curtain, it was obviously not enough. Also (a small thing but why not improve it?) the only option for the in-room coffee maker was decaf which sort of defeats the purpose. These were the problems, but I would not say they were in any was major. The rest—staff, cleanliness—were good with the location that’s very difficult to beat: the Independence Hall and Liberty Bell tourist complex were literally around the corner.

Our room 806 was not only spacious and comfortable, but we had a view of both the city and Benjamin Franklin bridge. The bathroom was spacious and the onsite laundry was a bonus. (You will need 3USD in quarters for a wash and dry, which I obtained from reception) We dined at the restaurant on our first night and it was pretty good. Christopher on the tour desk was brilliant. All of the staff we dealt with were wonderful and very friendly. Located in a great area. Coffee machine worked well. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the aircon was quiet and worked welll.

The location was great to be close to all the things you would want to do in the historical district of Philly. You could walk to all of it. They had parking right next door and could come and go as you pleased/ just had to get your parking ticket stamped when you came back. It was convenient and had room downtown to load and unload your cars with all your luggage. The staff was friendly as well.

The location of the hotel is excellent!! Within walking distance of most things to see/do, and to public transportation. The front desk staff couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable. The battery in the smoke detector in my room started chirping one morning so I reported it to the front desk on my way out for the day. It had been replaced by the time I returned that evening.
